My experience with this company has been excellent from initial consultation to the final installation. I was able to book an appointment on short notice, during which Dishant gave good advice on what was recommended for my living space. The price I was quoted on the spot was competitive. The lead time ended up being under 2 weeks. The installation itself was very meticulously done. I also appreciated that the tradesman took care not to damage the floors/walls and left the space clean. I highly recommend!

Automated blind motor started making loud squeaky noises. Turns out to be malfunctioning after only 8 months of use. Also several area on my ceiling, and drywall located above and beside the installed blind, were damaged during installation, making me question the professionalism of the team. Now during the summer heat, my apartment is heating up like an oven while waiting for replacement with no specified timeline. It is promised to me that the damaged paint and chipped areas in my ceiling would be fixed when replacement comes. This post would be further edited based on the communication, result and time required to fix the issue.
